Brilliant! I have been a Kate Bush fan for years and drove my mum insane with Wuthering Heights when it came out. But I didn’t know about this glorious celebration and WILL GO NEXT YEAR - thanks, Beth!!

Thanks, Jenny! I am still looking for one of these in London - surely there is one in some park? The venue in Edinburgh looks incredible, in case you fancy a trip up north!

I grew up in Australia, and Kate Bush was deservedly always on the radio. It is my dream to do one of the Wuthering Heights days! Thanks as always for being so curious, Beth.

I admire and strive for her humble desire to forge her own creative path without ego getting in the way.

The WHAM wardrobe, not so much.

Thanks, Amie! You're right - she's so impressive! A true artist who has the courage to be who she is. Thanks for reading!

So interesting! My family have been big Kate Bush fans over the years (partly because of the British connection!) and I just read these facts out loud to them at the kitchen table. We are amazed that she has only toured once in her career, and love the way she stood firm on her dancing-on-the-moors video, which could not have been MTV friendly! In the 90s in the US, I noticed that it was the super with-it kids (not me) who were into Kate Bush, and they tended to find and appreciate each other sometimes based on their love for her. Thanks for another curiosity-satisfying piece, Beth!

Thank you for reading! I have friends from the UK, Australia, and New Zealand who are REALLY into Kate Bush - but I didn't get much exposure to her in the US (except for the John Hughes movie I mentioned!). But it was certainly fun listening to her music as I researched this piece. Thank you for you kind words!
